How to add your availability to your profile as a New or Returning therapist
First, log in to your account here if you haven't already done so.
If you are a new therapist you will need to add your availability from your profile in Step 3- My Availability. However, you will first need to complete Steps 1 & 2 on your profile before your availability can be added.
Once these steps have been completed you can proceed with Step 3.
In step 3 you can create a schedule and add your appointments to your calendar. You can view your calendar and add slots using either a daily, weekly, or monthly view depending on your preference.
Adding slots to your calendar
Click anywhere on the calendar to add a new slot to the calendar.
A pop-up window will appear that will allow you to set up your schedule.
First, select a start date and choose the time of the appointment that you wish to add, then click on OK once you are happy with your selection.
Next, choose how often you'd like to repeat the appointment on your calendar.
You can choose to repeat an appointment either Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
If you choose weekly, you can choose when you'd like the appointment to repeat e.g you could choose to repeat a slot every 2 weeks and choose the days of the week that you'd like the appointment to repeat on e.g Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, etc
Next, choose from one of the three options to end the repeat
If you choose the option to Never end the repeat it will continue each day, week, month, or year unless it is turned off.
If you choose to end the repeat on a specific date, the recurring appointment will continue until the date you've selected. After this time, the recurring slot will end.
Alternatively, you can choose the third option to end the repeat after a certain number of occurrences, e.g after 2 occurrences, rather than choosing a specific date.
Once you are happy with your choice, click on Save to add your slot(s) to your calendar.
Your slots will now be added to your calendar.
Click on Submit to complete this step.
Returning Therapists
Once your profile has been set live you will be able to access your calendar directly from your Dashboard from the Availability tab to amend your availability at any time.
