This article will help you to book a new video session with your therapist.

Log in to your Plumm account here: Login

You will be directed to your Dashboard. From here, you will need to click on the option 'Wellbeing' and then click on either 'Therapy' or 'Coaching'.
Click on 'Book Therapy/Coaching'.
You will be redirected to your therapist’s availability calendar.
3. Click on a date from one of the options shown.
Or if you’d like to select a later date e.g. in 2 weeks' time you can select 'Choose Date' to see more dates.
Please note: The calendar will only allow you to book a video session with your therapist up to 4 weeks in advance.
4. Next, choose your preferred time slot from the options shown.
If you do not see a suitable slot from the options available, you can send a message to your therapist and request an alternative time slot. However, it will depend on the therapist's availability if they're able to accept your request.
Now you will need to select a time of day that you'd like to have a session.
There are four different options to choose from: Morning, Afternoon, Evening, or Night
Click on the time you would like to have the session from the options available for your therapist.
Once done, you will be directed to the Booking Summary page where you will see a short summary of your booking; confirming the date and time of your session. To complete the booking click Book Now.
Once the booking is confirmed a pop-up will appear to show your session has been booked. Click on Ok to continue
Once you've completed your booking, you will receive an email notification confirming the date and time of the appointment.
You can also return to your Plumm profile, click on 'Wellbeing' and then click on 'Therapy & Coaching' where you will be able to see the booked appointment on your Dashboard under Upcoming Appointments. Once your session has started, all you will need to do is click on the 3 dots to 'Join Session' to connect with your therapist.
