1. To get started with Emma, you must first log in to your Plumm account. Upon logging in, you will be find the option ' Emma Ai' on the top right-side of the page.
2. You are now all set to start your first conversation with EMMA. Simply type in your message in the chat window and EMMA will respond promptly.
3. Emma's user interface includes an "End Chat" function, allowing you to conclude their chat session and provide feedback. Simply click the "End Chat" button located at the top right of the screen when you are finished discussing a particular concern or topic. A feedback form will appear on the screen.
4. Starting another chat with EMMA: After submitting the feedback, you will be redirected to the Dashboard and you can start a new chat session with EMMA at any time by clicking on 'New chat.'
5. A new chat window will be opened where you can begin your new conversation with Emma. Once you are done with the chat, follow the same procedure of submitting feedback and returning to the Dashboard to start a new chat session again. You can also rename the chats as you like by clicking on the pen icon available on the new chat button.
