We offer monthly live educational classes that you can attend to learn about specific mental health topics and to help you improve your mental wellbeing in various aspects of your life.
Our topics range from managing Stress and Anxiety to promoting Diversity and Inclusivity in the Workplace, with a special focus on Women's Mental Health, and much more. Rest assured, our live classes are hosted by licensed practitioners who are fully certified and accredited Counsellors and Psychologists.
Here's how to Register for a Live Class
1. First, you will need to log in to your account and be directed to your Dashboard.
2. On the left side of your Dashboard, you will see an options menu that says 'Events' click here to view the list of live classes.
From here, you will see our upcoming live classes and can register for any event you want to attend.
3. To register, click on the Join Now button. A new tab will open in your browser or app, where you can register for the live class with your Google account or enter your email instead.
Once you have completed registration, you will receive a link to join the class when the class goes live.
