How to add a new Candidate

Before you begin

To add a candidate, you must have permission to add candidates to the job. Ensure that you are logged into the platform with the correct access level.

Step 1: Add a candidate to a job

  1. Click on the Action Button on the job dashboard.
  2. From the drop-down, select the stages: Candidates, Screening, or Interview.
  3. Click on the Add Candidate button to open a side pop-up.
  4. In the pop-up, you can either:
    • Search the candidate from the candidate pool, or
    • Upload a resume by clicking the upload button.
  5. Once the resume is uploaded, the system will analyze the details of the candidate.

Step 2: Verify and save the candidate details

  1. Review the details of the candidate presented by the system after analysis.
  2. Ensure all information is accurate and matches the job requirements.
  3. Click the Save button to add the candidate to the job.

1. Who can add a candidate to a job?

Only users with the correct permissions are able to add candidates to a job. If you don't have permission, contact your system administrator.
 

2.Can I upload multiple resumes at once?

Yes, the platform supports uploading resumes in bulk by clicking on Bulk Resume. 

3.What happens after I upload the resume?

After uploading the resume, the system will analyse the details and provide a score based on the job details.
 

  

4. Can I edit the candidate details after saving them?

Yes, you can edit candidate details if required by navigating to the candidate's profile in the job stage.


 

5.How will I know if the candidate was added successfully?

After saving, the candidate will appear in the job’s candidate pool, and you will see a confirmation message indicating that the candidate was added successfully.
 

 

6.Can I add candidates to multiple stages?

Yes, you can move a candidate through various stages such as Candidates, Screening, and Interview by selecting the appropriate stage from the action button.
