Before you begin
To add a candidate, you must have permission to add candidates to the job. Ensure that you are logged into the platform with the correct access level.Step 1: Add a candidate to a job
- Click on the Action Button on the job dashboard.
- From the drop-down, select the stages: Candidates, Screening, or Interview.
- Click on the Add Candidate button to open a side pop-up.
- In the pop-up, you can either:
- Search the candidate from the candidate pool, or
- Upload a resume by clicking the upload button.
- Once the resume is uploaded, the system will analyze the details of the candidate.
Step 2: Verify and save the candidate details
- Review the details of the candidate presented by the system after analysis.
- Ensure all information is accurate and matches the job requirements.
- Click the Save button to add the candidate to the job.

After saving, the candidate will appear in the job’s candidate pool, and you will see a confirmation message indicating that the candidate was added successfully.

Yes, you can move a candidate through various stages such as Candidates, Screening, and Interview by selecting the appropriate stage from the action button.
