How to Reschedule a Session as a Client

If you're unable to attend a session, you can have the option to reschedule the session if it is scheduled for more than 24 hours.

IMPORTANT: You must first confirm with your therapist and reach a mutual agreement on an alternative time and date before you or the therapist reschedules the session.

Please note: If your session is scheduled within the next 24 hours, rescheduling won't be possible. In such cases, you can cancel the session and book a new one. Please remember that the cancelled session will be deducted from your monthly allowance and won't be credited back to your account. But don't worry, you can book a new session whenever you're ready.

Before rescheduling your session, you must confirm with your therapist by sending them a message. Here's how:

1. Log in to your account and click on 'Wellbeing > Ask a Therapist,' where you will see your chat inbox.

2. Click on the open conversation with your therapist to send them a message. Please let your therapist know that you cannot attend the session and why you cannot attend.

Please feel free to request to reschedule to a time and date from your therapist's availability.  However, if you cannot find a slot that works for you, you can request an alternative time and date, and your therapist will get back to you as soon as possible.

If you choose to reschedule to a time and date that isn't already on your therapist's availability, you will need to ask your therapist to add the slot to their calendar first, so it allows you the option to select this slot when rescheduling.

3. Once you have received confirmation from your therapist, you can reschedule the session.

 

How to Reschedule a Session

You can follow the steps below to reschedule your session.

1. First, return to your Dashboard, where you will see the 'Wellbeing > Therapy or Coaching' tab, and here you will find your upcoming session listed.

2. From here, click on the 3 dots to Reschedule to proceed.

 

3. Enter the date and time you agreed upon with your therapist by clicking on the drop-down menus to select these options. Next, enter the reason for the rescheduling.

4. Lastly, click on Reschedule to confirm

 

Once the session has been rescheduled, a pop-up message will appear confirming that the session has been rescheduled, and you will see that the session has been updated on your appointments.

You and your therapist will receive an email confirming the updated session details.
