Messaging My Video Therapist

You can contact your video therapist anytime by sending them a message. Check out the video below for step-by-step- instructions on how to get started.

 
  1. Log in to your Plumm account

  2. Go to Dashboard. 

    Click on Wellbeing

 

Now click on Ask a Therapist

       

You can chat with your designated Video Therapist here anytime by clicking on the relevant conversation and typing out your message to them.

 

You can also share files with your therapist at any time and share emojis and GIFs by clicking on one of the two options shown.

 

How to Send a Message

To send a written message, click on the text box at the bottom of the page and type out the message you would like to send to your therapist.

 

Enter the message and click on the send arrow to send the message.

 

Sharing Files with your Therapist

You can also share files with your therapist, such as worksheets. You can attach these to your message to send them directly to your therapist.

  1. To send a file, click on the 'clip' icon to add the file

  2. Locate the file on your desktop/mobile and select Open

    Depending on the file size, the file may take a few moments to upload. Once finished, it will be sent to your therapist straight away.

Please note: Your therapist's response time can vary depending on your therapist's availability or if they're Out of Office. However, the usual response time is by the next business day.

You will also receive an email notification once your therapist has responded to your message, and you can click on the link to view the message in Plumm.
