This article will provide you with step-by-step instructions on setting up access to Plumm for family members
If your organisation has access to family access, it means you can add up to 3 family members to have access to Learn; this includes Guided Meditations & Soundscapes, as well as access to Chat Services where your family members can chat should they need support or guidance.
IMPORTANT: Family members need to be over the age of 18 to access Plumm. Plumm does not offer it's services to minors at any time.
Here's how to get started with Family Access:
- First, you will need to log into your account and in the top right corner of your Dashboard click on your Profile picture.
- Then click on 'Profile'
3. From your profile, click on the tab that says 'Family Access'
4. From here you will see a form to complete that asks you to enter the family member's personal details; this includes Name, Email, Date of Birth, etc.
5. Once the required fields are completed, just click on Save to add the family member to your list.
You can scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the list of family members added and manage the list whenever you need to.
