Submitting a Rating and Review

Here are two simple steps to rate your session and write a review for your practitioner.

1. Your feedback matters to us! To rate your session and write a review, please follow these friendly steps:

   1. After your session ends, please don't close your browser right away. A pop-up for rating and review will appear on your screen.

   2. We respect your privacy, so you have the option to submit your review and rating anonymously. Simply check the provided checkbox after giving your desired rating and writing the review. Your review will be posted anonymously.

   What if you closed your browser or logged out before the pop-up appeared?

   No worries! Just return to Plumm, log in to your account, and the pop-up will reappear for you.

   2.   Once you see the pop-up:

   1. Click on the desired number of stars to rate your session on a scale of 1 to 5.

   2. Write your review in the blank field below the stars.

   3. After writing your review, click on 'Submit.'

   Your rating and review will be immediately published on your practitioner's profile. You can confirm by visiting their profile page.

   In case you don't see the pop-up within a few minutes of ending the session, don't fret! You can still share your rating out of 5 stars and review by emailing us at hello@heyplumm.com. We'll make sure to publish it on your practitioner's profile within 24 hours.
