How to setup: Out of Office

Here's how to set up an Out of Office message on your profile as a therapist.

Product Based Knowledge_Plumm Colour Banner_2024When a therapist is going on leave they can let clients know by setting up an 'Out of Office' message on their profile.

The Out of Office message can be set up directly from your profile by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account and you will be redirected to your Dashboard.

2. Next, hover your cursor over your profile image on the top right-hand and then click on  Profile. 

Click on the second tab at the top of the page that says Out of Office to select this option.

 

3. Click on the Turn On button to activate it

 

4. Next, select the End Date of your leave. Once you activate your Out of Office it will automatically be displayed on your profile. Unless you decide to amend the date it will be removed from your profile once this time has passed.

 



Once done, click on Submit to put the out-of-office message live on your profile.

Now, whenever your availability is being viewed by a client or Chat Therapist, a message will appear to inform them that you are currently out of office. The message will be displayed until the end date specified upon activation. After this time, the message will automatically be removed.

The message will look like this.

Please note: You must remove all availability slots from your calendar for when you are going to be on leave otherwise they will show on your profile and clients could still potentially book these slots. 
You should also inform your clients of your leave dates before going away.
