Admin reports provides users with the ability to create customized reports, tailored to their specific needs and preferences. This is a valuable feature as it allows administrators to select the specific information they want to include in their reports, providing a more targeted and relevant view of the data.

 

Import – 1-on-1 Template

The addition of 1-on-1 templates is a valuable feature that can significantly enhance the efficiency of conducting one-on-one meetings. This functionality likely allows users to create predefined templates for their 1-on-1 meetings, streamlining the process and saving time.

 

Task Scheduling: Email Task Personalization

Personalized email tasks allow users to tailor communication for specific recipients, making messages more relevant and engaging.

 

 

 

Task Scheduling: Adding Roles (Manager & Employee)

Users can schedule tasks, assign them to specific team members, and set due dates. This helps in efficient planning and ensures that everyone is aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.

 

Users can assign tasks to specific roles rather than individual team members. This allows for more flexible task management, especially in dynamic team structures where team members may change over time.

 

Basic Integrations

The addition of basic integration functionality for Okta, Microsoft Teams, and Slack is a significant enhancement that can improve collaboration, communication, and user management within a system

 

New User Onboarding Wizard

We've introduced a new onboarding wizard that lets you easily add one or multiple users. With this tool, you can upload CVs, contracts, and provide essential details. It also allows you to set organization-wide preferences and sends a friendly welcome email from Plumm to new users, inviting them to join the platform.

People

Department Goal

We've added a new feature that lets users set department goals. Now, instead of setting goals individually for each user, you can set goals specifically for entire departments. When adding a goal, you also have the option to include scheduling and objectives, providing more flexibility and detail in goal planning.

 

Reviews

We've introduced a new feature that allows you to view not only your own reviews but also the reviews of your teammates. This added functionality provides a comprehensive perspective, enabling you to gain insights into both your individual performance and that of your team members.

 

Org Chart Update & Mini User Profile

Within the "People" tab, you now have access to the Org Chart feature. This tool visually presents the organizational structure, offering a clear overview of company hierarchy and team setups. Each node on the chart includes a mini user profile, providing key information about individuals within the organization. This enhancement facilitates a quick and comprehensive understanding of your company's structure and team arrangements.

Time Off

Leave Calendar Update: All Company Calendar View

We've recently introduced a new calendar view in the Time Off tab. This feature allows you to see everyone in the company on a calendar, providing a visual representation of scheduled time off for all employees. Moreover, users have the flexibility to apply filters, enabling them to focus on specific individuals and their time-off schedules. This enhancement aims to simplify and streamline the process of managing and tracking time off across the entire organization.

 

Request Time Off on Behalf of Another User (Manager & Admin)

Enabling the ability to request time off on behalf of another user, particularly for managers and administrators, offers several benefits.

It allows managers to efficiently manage team schedules and ensure adequate coverage. This feature is especially useful when team members are unable to submit time-off requests themselves, such as in cases of unexpected absences or emergencies.

it enhances flexibility and collaboration within the organization. Managers can better coordinate team schedules, preventing conflicts and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Additionally, users can benefit from daily affirmations, featured meditations, and a mood tracker, creating a holistic overview of personal well-being. With upcoming events highlighted, the dashboard serves as a centralized hub, offering users a convenient and inclusive snapshot of various aspects of their professional and personal life.
