To access the Courses feature, users need an active account on the platform.

  1. Log in: Access your platform account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to Academy: Click on the Academy tab on the navigation menu.
  3. Select Courses: The Courses section allows you to choose from mind, body, work, relationships, personal growth, addiction and parenting.
