Your profile on Plumm is a central hub for managing and sharing both your professional and personal information. It serves as a comprehensive space to keep track of your job details, personal interests, essential records, and more. 

The profile feature is designed to offer an overall view of your professional journey within the company. It encompasses your role, training history, assets, and personal elements like hobbies and family details, fostering a well-rounded approach to employee engagement.

Accessing the Feature

  1. Log in to Plumm.

  2. Click on your profile picture icon located at the top right corner.

  3. Select 'Profile' to effortlessly view and edit your profile details.

Detailed Feature Guide

Basic Information

    • Basic Information: View and update your name, contact details, and other aspects of your identity, including preferred pronouns.

    • Domestic Details: Share information about your marital status, and dependents.

    • Personal Summary: Showcase your talents, hobbies, dietary preferences, and languages spoken to let others know who you are beyond your work.

    • Essential Records: Manage important documents proving your right to work, such as national ID and other critical records.

    • Job Information: Track your role, work hours, manager details, department, tenure, and role changes over time.

    • Contract Specifications: Explore details and amendments made to your employment contract throughout your tenure.

    • Training: Monitor your learning and training history for a comprehensive view of your development journey.

    • Asset Register: Keep track of company assets issued to you.

    • Role History: Review changes in your role over time, including promotions, demotions, or transfers.

    • Family Access: Provide and manage access to Plumm's wellbeing resources for up to three immediate family members (over the age of 18).

    • Emergency Contact: List your primary and secondary emergency contacts.
