The Emergency Contact feature is designed to provide you with a quick and efficient way to designate emergency contacts in your profile. This ensures that crucial information can be accessed promptly in case of emergencies where your loved one can be contacted. This feature allows you to save a primary and secondary emergency contact person on your profile, offering an additional layer of preparedness for unforeseen circumstances.

Prerequisites

Before utilising the Emergency Contact feature, you must have an active account on our platform and be logged in.

Accessing the Feature

Step 1: Log in to your account.

Step 2: Navigate to your profile settings.

Step 3: Locate the "Emergency Contact" section.

Step 4: Add or update emergency contact details by primary and secondary contact.

The Emergency Contact feature allows you to:

  • Add or remove emergency contacts.

  • Edit existing contact details.

  • Set priority levels for each emergency contact.

Adding Emergency Contacts:

  1. Navigate to the "Emergency Contact" section.

  2. Click on the "Add Contact" button.

  3. Enter the Primary and Secondary contact.

The Emergency contact section can be easily found by clicking on the right-hand corner of the profile picture where it shows as a drop-down feature.
