Additionally, Emma AI is your go-to assistant for real-time information on HR aspects of the platform, delivering clear and concise updates personalised just for you.

Accessing the Feature

  1. Log in to the Plumm platform.

  2. Navigate to Emma AI directly from the main menu or through the 'Emma AI' button on the top right corner of your screen.

  • Chats are automatically renamed based on the discussed topic for easy navigation.

  • Use the search bar to find specific chats or see when you last interacted with Emma using the 'last seen' feature.

  • Express yourself freely using emojis and ask questions to get speedy answers.

  • End your chat when you're satisfied with the conversation.

Providing Feedback

  • After ending a chat, share your feelings before and after the conversation.
