The 'Therapy' and 'Coaching' pages in the Wellbeing section can be visited anytime you wish to book 1:1 video sessions with your accredited therapist or coach. Both of these pages will display your session history and your booked/upcoming sessions.
Prerequisites

Once you've logged onto the Plumm platform with your credentials you can access the 'Therapy' and 'Coaching' pages by navigating to the Wellbeing tab in the main menu to the left of your screen.
Accessing the Feature
Here are step-by-step instructions for accessing the 'Therapy' and 'Coaching' pages.

Log in to your Plumm account.

Hover over the "Wellbeing" section in the menu to the left of your screen, and click on 'Therapy' or 'Coaching' in the drop-down menu.

At the top of your screen, you will see a button that says "Book Therapy" if you're on the Therapy page, and "Book Coaching" if you're on the Coaching page. Click the button to schedule a new session with an accredited therapist or coach.

On both pages, you will be able to see your session history, your therapist or coach's details, and the details of your upcoming sessions.
