Here is an overview of the payout process for therapists
After you have completed a session, your funds will reflect in your wallet 24 hours after the session is complete.
You will have the option to request a funds transfer as soon as the funds have been added to your wallet. Alternatively, you can also let the funds accumulate in your wallet and then request a payment transfer at a later date.
Once you have requested a payment transfer, it will take around 30 days for it to be processed and for you to receive the funds in your Stripe or Wise account.
If you do not receive your payout after 30 days of the request, please reach out to us on our chat for assistance and we will investigate this for you.
How to Request a Payout
Plumm processes payments through Stripe in the UK, and through Wise for all other countries.
The amount shown in your wallet will be in GBP only.
Before you can receive a payout you will need to connect your Wise or Stripe account to your wallet. To do this you will need to add your email ID that is registered to your Stripe or Wise account by going to Dashboard > View Profile
Scroll down until you see a section that says 'Wise Account ID'.
From here, you will need to enter your Stripe or Wise ID email that is registered to your account.
Please note: Wise is used to process payouts for therapists located outside of the UK whereas Stripe is used for processing payments within the UK.
Once you click outside of the box your changes will update automatically.
Important: If there are changes to your banking information or Wise/Stripe ID, please notify customer support immediately to ensure that we have the relevant details.
Now that you have added your Wise/Stripe ID to your profile, you will now be able to request a payout from your wallet.
Here's how:
1. Go to Dashboard and select Wallet from the left-side panel of your Dashboard.
Once the funds have been paid into your wallet after 24 hours of completing a session they will reflect in your Payable Balance.
Once you are ready to request a payout you will just need to click on the Transfer button to make a request.
Next to here, it will show the option to Transfer the funds to either Stripe or Wise (this will vary depending on your location).
The final step is to confirm the transfer by clicking on Yes
Your payment request has now been confirmed.
Once you have requested a transfer, it will take around 30 days for your payment to be processed.
Note: Only completed sessions are allocated for payment, a completed session is considered a session where the user and provider have conducted a 60-minute online video session, should the user not join the session or cancel the session within the final 24 hours, the provider must join the session for at least 15 minutes before ending the session to ensure payment is allocated.
