This guide explains how you can add/edit 1:1 question templates
1. Setting Up Templates:- To set up one-on-one meeting templates, you have two options:
a. Manually add questions during the one-on-one setup process.
b. Select a template that will auto-populate questions.
- To edit the questions in a one-on-one template, navigate to the "Admin" section and click on "Templates."
- In the Templates section, you will find templates that have already been created for one-on-one meetings.
- Click "Edit" on the template you want to modify.
- In the template editor, you can view the existing questions, add additional questions, edit or delete questions, and save the updates.
3. Adding New Templates:
- If you want to add a new template, click "Add Template."
- Provide a title for the template.
- Optionally, you can generate a description or manually enter one.
- In the next section, you can add the questions. Manually type in the questions you wish to include and click "Add." Alternatively, click "Generate," and the system will generate questions.
- Once the questions are complete, you can review, edit, delete, or add additional questions if needed.
- If you are satisfied with your questions, click "Next," confirm the information, and save the template.
Now, this template will be available for use the next time someone sets up a one-on-one meeting.
