  2. Once on the Coaching Page you'll find the option to "Book Coaching." Click the button to begin with the booking process.

  3. As you proceed, the platform will guide you through a quick and straightforward questionnaire. This questionnaire aims to gather important information to ensure that your coaching session is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.

  4. Within the questionnaire, you'll encounter a variety of areas or topics that you can select based on what you'd like to work on during your coaching session. Take the time to carefully choose the areas that resonate with your current goals or challenges.

  5. The questionnaire also requests information about your location. Please provide your location details as accurately as possible to help match you with a suitable coach.

  6. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to express any specific preferences you might have, such as your gender preference for the therapist who will conduct the coaching session. You can also select your preferred language for the session.

  7. To ensure that the session is scheduled at a convenient time for you, indicate your availability by specifying when you'd like the coaching session to take place.
