  1. Start by accessing the Emma feature. You can typically find this option in the app or platform's menu or under the well-being category. Click on the "Emma" feature to begin.

  2. Emma is your virtual well-being assistant and is available to respond to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can have a conversation with Emma about various well-being topics and concerns.

  3. Feel free to talk to Emma about anything that's on your mind. Whether it's about your well-being, emotions, or any questions you may have, Emma is there to assist you. Keep in mind that while Emma can provide support and information, she is not a replacement for a human therapist or counsellor.

  4. As you engage in a conversation with Emma, you can discuss various topics. For example, you might talk to Emma about your sleep patterns or any well-being-related concerns you have.

  5. You can also personalise your chats with Emma by giving them a name or a title. This can help you organise your conversations and easily refer back to them when needed.

  6. When you're done talking to Emma or if you want to exit the chat, you can simply close the chat window or use the platform's exit feature. Your conversation history with Emma will be saved, so you can always come back to it later if needed.

  7. Remember that Emma is designed to provide support, guidance, and information related to well-being. If you have more complex or personal issues that require professional assistance, it's important to reach out to a qualified therapist or counsellor for help.
