This guide explains how to conduct an interview with a candidate.

- Access the evaluation page for screening videos and feedback from a previous interview.
- Move the candidate from "Screening" to "Interview" by dragging and dropping them in the interview column.
- Complete the provided form to schedule the interview. Use the AI-generate feature for convenience.
- Click 'Save' if you're happy with all the details and the email text. A confirmation email containing the interview schedule will be sent to both parties.
- Join the interview by clicking on the link that was sent to you in the confirmation email.
- After the interview, a summary, key points, star ratings, and the interview recording will be made available on the candidate’s profile for you to review.
