This Guide shows you to how to create a new Review

Start by accessing the review management feature within the admin section of the Plumm platform.

To create a new review cycle, click on the "Add Cycle" option. This will enable you to initiate a new review cycle for your employees.

In the initial setup, you will be prompted to provide some essential details:
- Title: Enter a title for the review cycle.
- Description: You can manually add a description or click "Generate" to let the AI create one for you.

Next, you can choose the employees to whom this review cycle applies. You can also link tasks and goals to this cycle, making them visible for specific reviews during the form completion section.

Select the types of reviews you want to include in this cycle. You can choose from options like self-review, peer review, top-down, or bottom-up reviews. Additionally, you can toggle options like anonymising responses and sharing feedback with reviewers.

Click "Next" to proceed to the form creation section. Here, you have two options:
- "Draft with AI": Let the AI generate questions for the review form.
- "Manually Create Form": Create the form questions from scratch.

If you choose "Draft with AI," the AI will generate questions for the review form. You can review and edit these questions as needed. You can also perform actions like editing, deleting, copying, or reordering questions.

If you choose to "Manually Create Form," you'll have a blank section where you can add and edit questions and sections. Customise the form according to your requirements.

Once you're satisfied with the form questions, click "Confirm" and then "Next" to proceed.

You can enable scoring for the review, but note that only scale questions will be considered for scoring. You can also choose to share the overall scoring.

Click "Next" to set the cycle period for this review. If you have multiple reviews, you can select "Default scheduling for all," but in this case, select the specific time period for this review cycle. Additionally, you can add completion reminders to ensure timely review submissions.

Proceed to create the reviewer's email. It can be auto-generated by AI, which you can then edit as needed. You can also generate reviewer emails for the participants.

Once all the information is complete and you're satisfied, click "Save." The review is now scheduled and ready to be conducted.

If you need to make any changes or edits to the review cycle, you can do so by clicking the three dots (...) next to the cycle, selecting "Edit," and navigating through the sections to make necessary adjustments.

If you wish to duplicate or delete the review cycle, you can also do so from this menu.
