Begin by logging into the Plumm platform with your administrative credentials.

Once logged in, navigate to the admin section of the platform. You can usually find this option in the main menu.

In the admin section, look for and select the "My People" option. Click on it to access your user management area.

Inside the "My People" section, you will find a complete list of all the users within your organisation. This list provides an overview of your user base.

To initiate the download process, locate the "More Actions" button, typically located in the top right corner of the page. Click on it to reveal additional actions.

Among the available actions, you will see an option labeled "Download." Click on this option to activate the download of your user list.

Depending on your platform's settings, the user list will be downloaded in a common file format, such as CSV (Comma-Separated Values) or Excel. This file will contain detailed information about your users, making it a valuable resource for various administrative tasks.
