How to Onboard a Candidate > Hire

This guide explains the process of onboarding a selected candidate via the 'Hire' feature.

  1. Drag and drop the candidate to the "Hired" phase, or click "Onboard" via the three dots next to the candidate's name.
  2. Add necessary documents like resumes or contracts to the candidate's personal folder.
  3. Fill in basic details, contract specifics, and role history. This information is automatically saved to the candidate's profile for access post-onboarding.
  4. Manually assign policies, schedules, handbooks, or use global settings for automatic access based on position.
  5. Send an email invite from Plum to welcome the candidate to the platform. This will help them to log in, view their profile, and integrate into their teams.
