How to see Your Tasks and People's Tasks

This guide will help you effectively manage your tasks and oversee tasks

  1. Log in to your Plumm account and access your dashboard
  2. Navigate to the "Tasks" feature, where you can manage your tasks and view tasks assigned to others.
  3. On the "My Tasks" page, you'll find an overview of the tasks assigned to you. It displays the total number of tasks you've been assigned and a status distribution based on completed and ongoing tasks.
  4. Use the search tab to find specific tasks quickly.
  5. Your tasks are listed in a table format, with the most recent ones at the top. You can change the order by clicking the small arrow next to the column heading to sort them from oldest to most recent.
  6. The table provides details such as the task recipient, status, type of task, assign date, and due date.
  7. You can take various actions for each task by clicking the three dots at the end of the row. Actions include marking a task as complete, viewing the task's description, and checking its activity logs.
  8. For a broader view, navigate to the "People's Tasks" section.
  9. Here, you'll see the total number of tasks assigned to your team members and their status distribution.
  10. You can use the search feature to find specific team members' tasks.
  11. A table displays tasks assigned to your team members. Click the downward arrow next to a team member's name to view all their tasks.
  12. The table includes task status and assigned dates. Just like in "My Tasks," you can perform actions using the three dots at the end of each task row: marking it as complete, viewing the task's description, checking its activity, or deleting it from the list.
