This guide shows you how to set Reminders to Trust Line
-
Start by accessing the Trust Line feature within the admin section of the Plumm platform.
-
Once you are in the Trust Line settings, locate and click on the "Settings" tab.
-
Within the "Settings" tab, find and click on the "Reminders" section. This is where you can set up reminders for various actions related to trust line cases.
-
You will see two options for reminders:
- "Reply to Messages": This reminder is for responding to messages that have been sent for trust line cases.
- "Archive": This reminder is for archiving cases after a specific period.
-
To customise these reminders, click on the three dots (...) next to the reminder option you want to modify and select "Edit."
-
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to configure the reminder settings. Specify how many days after an anonymous user has viewed a message should a reminder be sent to the representative.
-
For the "Reply to Messages" reminder, you can set the number of days after a message is viewed by an anonymous user to trigger the reminder to send a message to the representative.
-
Similarly, for the "Archive" reminder, you can specify the number of days after a case is closed that the reminder should be sent to archive the case.
-
After configuring the reminder settings as desired, click "Save" or "Confirm" to apply the changes.
-
These reminders will help you stay organised and ensure timely responses and archiving of trust line cases.
