  1. Start by accessing the Trust Line feature within the admin section of the Plumm platform.

  2. Once you are in the Trust Line settings, locate and click on the "Settings" tab.

  3. Within the "Settings" tab, find and click on the "Reminders" section. This is where you can set up reminders for various actions related to trust line cases.

  4. You will see two options for reminders:

    • "Reply to Messages": This reminder is for responding to messages that have been sent for trust line cases.
    • "Archive": This reminder is for archiving cases after a specific period.
  5. To customise these reminders, click on the three dots (...) next to the reminder option you want to modify and select "Edit."

  6. A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to configure the reminder settings. Specify how many days after an anonymous user has viewed a message should a reminder be sent to the representative.

  7. For the "Reply to Messages" reminder, you can set the number of days after a message is viewed by an anonymous user to trigger the reminder to send a message to the representative.

  8. Similarly, for the "Archive" reminder, you can specify the number of days after a case is closed that the reminder should be sent to archive the case.

  9. After configuring the reminder settings as desired, click "Save" or "Confirm" to apply the changes.

  10. These reminders will help you stay organised and ensure timely responses and archiving of trust line cases.
