How to use family access

  1. Begin by accessing your profile on the Plumm platform.

  2. Look for the option to add a family member to your Family Access Plan.

  3. IMPORTANT: Family members need to be over the age of 18 to access Plumm. Plumm does not offer it's services to minors at any time. 
  4. Provide the necessary information for the family member you wish to add:

    • Enter their first name.
    • Input their last name.
    • Ensure their date of birth is accurate.
    • Specify their gender identification.
    • Include their email address.
  5. Double-check that the contact details, especially the email address and contact number, are correct. This is important as the family member will receive a notification through this email address.

  6. After confirming that all the information is accurate, select the "Save" button or option.

  7. Once saved, the family member will receive a notification, and they will have access to the Family Access Plan.

  8. You have now successfully added a family member to your Family Access Plan.
