How to use the Organisational Chart and Group View features

This guide helps you to use the Organisational Charts and Group View features

 

Access the "Organisational Chart" and "Group View" features under the "People" tab in your Plum account.

Organisational Charts Page:

1. The "Organisational Chart" page displays direct reporting lines between managers and their respective teams.

2. Utilise the zoom function to adjust the chart's magnification to your preference.

3. Expand or collapse sections to focus on specific parts of the organisational structure.

4. The "Fit to Screen" function allows you to optimise the chart's display based on your unique preferences.

Group View Page:

1. Switch to the "Group View" page to see a visual representation of your organisation.

2. Customise the view by filtering employees based on gender, location, language spoken, job title, and more.

3. You can even add additional filters like hobbies or food preferences to further categorise your team members.
