How to View Activity Log on a Pending Document
This guide shows how you can view the status and activity log on a document that still needs to be signed.
To view the activity log on a pending e-sign request:
- Access the "Requested" section to see the list of documents that have been sent.
- Scroll to the document in question to see its status.
- For pending documents, click on the three dots to access the drop down menu.
- Click on "Activity Logs."
