This guide explains how you can view insights
- Log in as an admin to your account.
- In the dashboard or main menu, navigate to the "Admin" section.
- Within the "Admin" section, find and click on "Insights."
- Once the page loads, you will see several sections that you can select for different insights.
Overview:
- Start with the "Overview" section to get high-level information about your organisation.
- You can adjust the date range to view insights for different time periods. Note that certain numbers like total users, registered users, and active users remain static.
People:
- Click on the "People" tab to gain insights into goals, tasks, and one-on-one meetings that your team members have set and engaged with.
Time Off:
- Check the "Time Off" section to understand the various time off policies that have been selected or requested within the chosen time period.
Content:
- Explore the "Content" tab to get insights into the types of content your users have engaged with, including text-based resources and video content. You can customise the time range for these insights.
Well-being:
- Move to the "Well-being" section to access insights into well-being statistics, session usage, therapist chats, watched content like guided meditations and soundscapes, and categories that have been engaged with.
Mood History:
- The "Mood History" section provides insights into your organisation's mood over the selected time period based on logged moods.
ROI (Return on Investment):
- Lastly, explore the "ROI" section to gain insights into the return on investment for using the platform. This section estimates potential time and cost savings resulting from the platform's features. You can also download this information by clicking the "Download" option.
