How to View the Audit logs

This guide explains how to view the audit logs

  1. Log in as an admin to your account.
  2. In the dashboard or main menu, navigate to the "Admin" section.
  3. Within the "Admin" section, locate and click on "Audit."
  4. Once you've clicked on "Audit," the audit logs section will load.
  5. You'll notice that you have two options to choose from: "Profile" and "Permissions."
  6. To view changes made in user profiles, select "Profile."
  7. A table will appear displaying comprehensive information about the updates and changes that have been made in user profiles. This information includes:
    • Who made the changes (the user responsible for the change).
    • The nature of the changes (what was altered or updated).
    • The previous values (the old values before the change).
    • The new values (the updated or new values after the change).
  8. You can easily navigate through the audit logs by going through different pages if needed.
  9. If you wish to review changes made in permissions, select "Permissions."
  10. Here, you will see details about changes in permissions, including:
    • Who made the changes (the user responsible).
    • The category of the change (what aspect of permissions was altered).
    • The old values (the previous settings).
    • The new values (the updated or new settings).
  11. Similar to profile audit logs, you can navigate through different pages to review permissions audit logs.
