Welcome to our Leave Calendar feature—a personalised visual tool designed for you and your team. This tool allows both employees and managers to easily view the leave schedules within the team, promoting efficient planning and a clear understanding of workforce availability.

This space provides you with a clear view of when your team members are taking time off, making it easier to manage workloads and ensure adequate coverage.

Prerequisites

Before accessing the Leave Calendar feature, make sure you have the following:

  1. Active Plumm account.
  2. Access to the Time Off section in the Plumm platform.

Accessing the Feature

  1. Navigate to the Time Off section on the Plumm platform through your main menu.
  2. You will see 4 tabs available to you at the top on the navigation tab.
  3. Head to Leave Calendar on the navigation tab.
  4. Navigate through the calendar to view your team members' leave schedules.

  • Understand the reasons for other team members' time off, if this is visible to others based on the defined time off policy settings.
