Coaches are required to have a valid and verified accreditation with the ICF. This allows us to uphold the standards of ethical and competent mental health care.
Regarding the expectations for minimum and maximum hours, we understand the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We do require our providers to be available for a minimum of 6 sessions per week, allowing us to ensure consistent service for our clients. However, the maximum number of hours is entirely up to you and your availability. Our platform allows you to set your schedule and manage your sessions accordingly.
Regarding remuneration, our payout rates are competitive and designed to reward therapists for their dedication and expertise. We offer a transparent and fair compensation structure that takes into account various factors, such as credentials, experience, and the type of services offered.
