Accessing the Feature

  1. Start by logging in to your Plumm account using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to 'Admin' in the features tab and hover over it. Now, look for 'Settings' in the pop-up menu and click on it.
  3. Under the "Settings" menu, you will find an option for "Working Schedule." Click on it to see your schedules.

Detailed Feature Guide

Section 1: Viewing and Searching Working Schedules

In the "Working Schedule" section, you can:

  • View a list of existing working schedules, including their types and details.
  • Search for schedules, or filter/list schedules in alphabetical order, or based on criteria such as location or total weekly hours.
  • Edit the details of each schedule, such as schedule name, description, total weekly hours,  or daily hours.

Section 2: Adding a New Working Schedule

To add a new working schedule, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the "Add Schedule" button and click on it.
  2. Define the Working Schedule Details by providing the following details:
    • Name of Working Schedule
    • Description: Add a brief description or additional details about the working schedule. Click the "Generate" button if you would like AI to generate it for you. 
    • Working hours: Assign the working hours that relate to this particular schedule
    • Provide the number of hours in a no-working day

Save the New Working Schedule: After entering the details, click "Save" to add the new working schedule

Section 3: Managing Existing Schedules

You can manage existing schedules by:

  • Editing Schedule Details: Click on an existing schedule to edit its details, such as working hours, name, or description.
  • Deleting Schedules: Remove schedules that are no longer in use by selecting the schedule and clicking on the "Delete" option.

Tips and Tricks

  • Regularly review and update your Working Schedules to ensure they accurately reflect your organisation's working hours and people's locations and cultures.
  • Use the "Search" option to quickly find and view specific schedules based on criteria that matter to your organisation.
